"I would say that there was no customer service except for one person. The Resturant/Bar is not open on the weekends. The cleaning crew would just throw the towels into the hamper which was in the middle of the hall way. More then once my son almost got hit with a sheet. The one elevator seemed to be delayed if it was even working. The rooms definatly need some work and it would be nice if they had a couple of toddler friendly rooms avaliably. Overall I would rate this hotel as a never stay again hotel."
